Team Global Express is looking for a driven and detail-focused Freight Solutions / PUD Support to join our team.
About The Role
You’ll play a critical role in locating and resolving freight issues, ensuring deliveries reach customers quickly and efficiently.
From investigating missing freight to coordinating re-deliveries, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our network moving.
Allocating pickups to Country Agents mainly & (Road & Priority PUD) Metro Melbourne occasionally
What You’ll Be Doing
- Track and locate freight across depot operations
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues (damages, missing items, incorrect addresses)
- Allocating pickups to Country Agents mainly (Road & Priority PUD) & Metro Melbourne occasionally
- Manage and update cases in Salesforce
- Work closely with drivers, depots, and customer service teams
- Ensure fast resolution within 24-hour KPI timeframes
- Identify root causes and suggest process improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in transport, logistics, or depot operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ownership of tasks
- Basic systems knowledge (Salesforce, Excel, or similar)
