Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating Ocean and Air Import & Export shipments while ensuring efficient and timely transportation of cargo and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Ocean & Air Import and Export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, truckers, and warehouses.
- Prepare and review shipping documents.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Assist with problem resolution and customer service support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
- Knowledge of Ocean and Air Import/Export procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with freight forwarding software is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
