The Opportunity
We are looking for a strong leader to guide our Freight Forwarding team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring a team, and is committed to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Freight Forwarding team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee package handling, billing, and compliance with company policies.
Be a resource for staff and customers, resolving issues and escalating when needed.
Ensure shift transitions run seamlessly and provide hands-on support as needed.
Support customer service in handling escalated concerns.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely freight documentation.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in aviation cargo, logistics, or freight operations (preferred).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of aviation regulations (weight & balance, Hazmat) is a plus.
Proficiency in freight management systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
