Your team

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating and planning courier shipments, ensuring smooth daily communication with customers, suppliers and carriers.
Your main tasks will include:
- Handling incoming bookings and customer requests
- Preparing, sending and following up on quotations
- Coordinating with suppliers and carriers
- Maintaining close daily communication with customers
- Building strong customer relationships
- Finding the best transport solutions based on customer needs
Your profile
We imagine that you have experience from the courier segment or a similar role within freight forwarding, transport or logistics. Most importantly, you bring a strong service mindset, commercial understanding and the ability to keep an overview when things move fast.
You communicate confidently in Swedish and English and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital systems. You are curious and quick to learn new tools that support efficient daily operations.
As a person, you are structured, responsible and solution-oriented. You enjoy working closely with others and take pride in creating a positive customer experience.
