E. Rossik Transport & Logistics GmbH, Austrian logistics company with 100% private capital and offices in Stockerau, Korneuburg, Bad Ischl, and Timisoara, is growing its operations in Romania!
We are actively looking for experienced Dispatchers or Freight Forwarders – or even a small coordination team – to join our Timisoara office and help us strengthen and expand our transport activity across Europe.

Who We're Hiring
We're hiring Transport Coordinators / Freight Forwarders, with the following profile:
- You’re experienced in planning and coordinating transport flows
- You like working in a fast-paced, organized office environment
- You have good knowledge of the European transport market (FTL/LTL)
- You’re a strong communicator and negotiator, with both clients and subcontractors
- You speak English fluently; any other language is a big advantage
- You’re motivated by performance and open to developing your own client/supplier portfolio
- You’re either an individual professional or part of a ready-to-work dispatching team
Your Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international transports
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients and carriers
- Monitor ongoing transport operations and handle incidents proactively
- Communicate efficiently with drivers, partners, and clients
- Ensure all documents and transport details are in full legal and contractual compliance
- Work with internal systems (TMS, ERP) to register and optimize activity
- Track KPIs and report performance to the management team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching / freight forwarding / transport coordination
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and logistics flows
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g., German, Hungarian, Italian) are a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics platforms (TMS, ERP)
- Existing client or subcontractor portfolio – considered a significant advantage
- International work experience – optional but valued
