Key Responsibilities:
- Manage freight forwarding processes using in-house systems
- Collaborate with customers to meet their needs
- Ensure compliance and negotiate with suppliers
- Handle financial aspects and customer service
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in Air Freight (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver results under pressure, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Certifications or professional affiliations within the air freight industry would be a strong asset.
- Prior experience in customs clearance and knowledge of import/export documentation requirements.
