We’re Hiring: International Freight Forwarder
Location: Wrocław, Poland
We’re looking for an experienced International Freight Forwarder to join our growing international logistics team. If you have a passion for transportation, strong negotiation skills, and experience in the European FTL market, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Buy and sell international FTL shipments
• Plan, organize, and coordinate international road transport operations
• Work with freight exchanges such as Timocom, Trans.eu, and other logistics platforms
• Source and develop relationships with carriers and new business partners
• Negotiate rates and cooperation terms
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and carriers
• Monitor transport orders to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate with clients and partners across Europe
What We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics
• Hands-on experience with freight exchange platforms
• Proven experience in buying and selling FTL loads
• Good understanding of the European road transport market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of English
