Key Responsibilities:
Pricing:Â Prepare and negotiate competitive freight rates.
Order Receiving:Â Efficiently manage and process customer orders.
Operational Excellence:Â Oversee shipment coordination and ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solving:Â Address and resolve any issues related to shipments or customer requests.
Customer & Carrier Collaboration:Â Build strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Serious Job Approach:Â Take ownership of tasks and maintain a professional attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
