Key Responsibilities :
Manage shipments and prepare documentation (bills of lading, customs forms).
Liaise with clients and carriers to resolve issues.
Track shipments, negotiate freight rates, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain records and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements :
2-3 years of freight forwarding experience.
Fluency in English (verrbal).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
