We have a long-standing reputation for providing personalized, innovative services and logistic solutions for our customers throughout the world. 1 Trade Logistics is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work in our international department. This individual will work closely with other operations team members and be responsible for handling and managing both air and ocean shipments for customers and international agents.
Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment supporting the international department, tracking and tracing shipments in transit, problem-solving, managing issues, and organizing and delivering quotes
Work closely with Operations to ensure proper handling of customer’s freight and documentation
Strong computer skills and ability to work promptly and efficiently on MS Office, Outlook, and QuickBooks
Preparing and providing freight quotes to international agents and customers
Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management
Requirements:
Willing to work in a team environment
Strong computer skills: efficient in MS Office, Outlook, and QuickBooks
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and efficiently problem solve
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Logistics/Transportation experience
Bilingual (English – Spanish) Preferred but not required
