Freight Dispatcher Jobs in Remote at Eminent Transport
Eminent Transport is hiring on behalf of a startup trucking dispatch company for a dynamic, strategic, and versatile Freight Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will have experience dispatching Owner Operators and booking loads under their own MC.

Pay / Responsibilities:
3% of gross for each individual Owner Operator
Owner Operators are expected to gross a minimum of $5,000 per week
For example, if an Owner Operator grosses $5,000 in a week, your payout would be $150.00.
This is a 1099 position, and would be paid within a few days after dispatch company receives payment from drivers.
Goal is to build you to dispatch 10 drivers within first two months.
Dispatcher will be responsible for booking loads, filling out Carrier Packets, communicating with drivers’ insurance / factoring company, and staying in constant communication with assigned drivers.
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST, but you will still receive calls from brokers after hours.
This is a 100% remote opportunity
What We Are Looking For:
Must have tons of connections with brokers and customers
Must keep drivers running consistently and good with handling adversity
Must be willing to dispatch Owner Operators with newer authority
Ability to dispatch drivers with under their own authority and gross $5,000+ per week
Extensive knowledge of DAT / Load Boards
Must have access to DAT Board
Knowledge of filing out Carrier Packets and requesting COI
Extensive Knowledge of Factoring Companies
Extraordinary Time Management, Follow-up, and Negotiation Skills
Growth Mindset
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for serving others while making a monumental difference.
Prior logistics experience in fleet management, dispatching, and supply chain management is a plus
