Title: FREIGHT COORDINATOR (AIRFREIGHT) | BAKU OFFICE

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international airfreight shipments (import/export) from request to delivery
- Process customer inquiries (RFQs) and prepare quotations
- Calculate rates and select optimal routes, carriers, and airlines
- Maintain shipment documentation and job files in internal systems (GEMS)
- Liaise with clients, agents, airlines, and internal departments
- Monitor shipment timelines, service quality, and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (airfreight preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English and Russian — professional working proficiency
- Good command of MS Office
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
