About Us
Tractor Beam Express is a growing logistics company based in Colorado. We’re looking for driven individuals to join us as Independent (1099) or House (W-2) agents depending on experience level.
The Role (House Agents)
Get paired with an agent to manage house accounts for 3 months during training
Build and grow your own book of business by connecting with shippers and carriers.
Negotiate rates, schedule shipments, and manage freight from pickup to delivery.
Handle operational issues professionally and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
Be available to customers and carriers during off-hours and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
Sales-focused with a strong drive to build and maintain relationships.
Comfortable with constant outreach to shippers and carriers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Operational logistics knowledge and experience are essential.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in resolving challenges and addressing issues in real time.
Compensation
For House Brokers:
Base Salary: $40,000/year.
Commission:
35% on independent accounts.
15% on house accounts.
Draw System: Commission is earned after covering the base salary.
For Independent Agents:
No Base Salary
1099 Contract – Commission
65% on independent accounts.
35% on house accounts
