About the Job
You’ll be joining a high-growth, fast-moving team inside UV Trans We’ve built the fleet, the lanes, and the back-end support so that you can focus on doing what you do best: closing deals and moving freight.
This isn’t a learning ground. This is a launchpad for experienced brokers to change how they are paid – with a highly generous commission structure that pays you what your book is actually worth.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and grow your existing book of freight customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
Quote, negotiate, and secure freight rates with confidence
Track and trace shipments — own the freight, own the outcome
Work closely with our ops team to ensure on-time pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution
Hunt for growth — we’re not babysitting freight here, we’re scaling
What You Need to Bring
Proven experience as a Freight Broker — minimum 2+ years
An active book of business — this is non-negotiable
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivation and a relentless drive to succeed
Ability to thrive without micromanagement — we want closers, not clock-watchers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
