What You’ll Do:
Develop and grow a customer portfolio through cold outreach, referrals, and strong relationship-building.
Source and negotiate with reliable carriers to move freight efficiently and cost-effectively.
Manage shipments from booking to delivery using modern TMS and communication tools.
Handle rate confirmations, carrier contracts, and all load documentation with attention to detail.
Stay ahead of market trends and capacity shifts to offer smart solutions and pricing.
Deliver the kind of customer service that builds trust and long-term partnerships.
What You Bring:
1+ year of experience as a freight broker, logistics coordinator, or in transportation sales.
Deep understanding of carrier networks, lanes, and rate negotiation.
Experience using TMS platforms and logistics technology.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and load tracking.
Confidence in managing contracts and pricing in a competitive market.
