What We Are Looking For

Our Sales Representatives focus on the fast-paced aspect of our business, moving commodities from point A to point B. You will be responsible for creating and managing your individual book of business through communication with carriers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries of our customer‘s freight while building and growing relationships in the process. This role combines inside sales, account management and relationship building all into one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide and negotiate freight rates to carriers.
- Manage your daily shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
- Collaborate internally with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
- Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism.
- Procurement of new carriers based on volume and lane density.
- Maintain strong grasp and market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
- Meet and exceed monthly goals as set by department leadership.
- Communicate effectively with all carriers, customers and other Circle employees.
- Communicate load details.
- Escalate issues to properly.
- Relay load updates internally.
Requirements:
- Must live in Colombia (Mandatory).
- Professional Proficiency in the English Language (Mandatory).
- Freight brokerage or account management experience (preferred).
- Associates degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willing to be available after hours, night shifts and weekends, if needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic.
