We are hiring an Experienced Freight Sales Agent / Freight Broker to join our growing U.S. freight brokerage agency.
This is a remote position for candidates based in Pakistan who have experience in U.S. freight brokerage, dispatch, logistics sales, carrier sales, shipper outreach, or transportation sales.
This is not a basic call center role. We are looking for serious, experienced, freight-minded sales professionals who can speak with U.S. shippers, build relationships, create quote opportunities, and help bring new business to the agency.
Compensation:
Base salary from PKR 50,000 to PKR 500,000+ per month depending on experience, English communication, freight knowledge, past performance, and existing book of business.
Plus 15% commission on qualified gross profit from business you help bring to the agency.
Higher base salary will be considered for candidates with proven shipper relationships, an existing book of business, strong U.S. freight experience, or previous revenue production.
Responsibilities:
• Call U.S. shippers and ask for the correct shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain contact
• Speak professionally with shipping managers, logistics managers, warehouse teams, and decision-makers
• Qualify freight opportunities by asking about lanes, volume, equipment type, shipping frequency, commodity, pickup locations, delivery areas, and current pain points
• Build relationships with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and follow-up
• Create quote opportunities and set appointments
• Send professional follow-up emails after calls
• Keep clean and accurate notes in the CRM
• Follow the agency’s sales scripts, call process, and reporting system
• Work with the agency owner and brokerage team to convert opportunities into active business
• Help build long-term shipper relationships, not just one-time quotes
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, freight dispatching, logistics sales, carrier sales, shipper sales, transportation, or U.S. trucking support
• Fluent English speaking ability
• Strong phone confidence and professional communication skills
• Experience calling U.S.-based businesses preferred
• Basic understanding of FTL, LTL, dry van, reefer, flatbed, shippers, carriers, lanes, BOLs, and rate confirmations preferred
• Ability to work U.S. business hours
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, phone systems, Google Sheets, and basic sales tools
• Serious, coachable, organized, and performance-driven attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience speaking directly with U.S. shippers
• Existing shipper contacts or book of business
• Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DAT, Truckstop, or other logistics platforms
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, freight sales, or dispatching
• Ability to handle objections such as “we already have brokers,” “send me an email,” and “what are your rates?”
