Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Freight Agents to join our team. As a Freight Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the freight transportation process, including sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery. We are only taking on two agents this year. If you’re interested please reach out ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Source and secure reliable carriers for freight transportation
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to maximize profitability
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process
Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Freight Agent or similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends
+$1MM Annual Revenue
