Position: Forklift/ Warehouse Associate
Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift/Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Forklift/Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift/Warehouse Associate
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
What’s the Job?
Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.
Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles.
Process paperwork regarding shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping instructions.
Verify quantities and descriptions of assembled orders and pack them for shipment.
Utilize a scanner for warehouse management tasks, including picking orders and organizing materials.
What’s Needed?
General knowledge of electrical products.
Able to meet deadlines and maintain an excellent attendance record.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for accurate job completion.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-workers.
Capability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
