Full Job Description

We are hiring full-time positions (Monday through Friday) offering 40 hours of work per week, 1st shift. BE Power Equipment has an awesome team of people and a great company culture making it easy to wake up and come to work every day!

Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Operate forklift
Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers
Stage and prepare orders for shipment, including palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and labeling
Meet individual and production deadlines daily
Keep your work area clean to maintain safety and prevent hazards
Follow company safety and quality guidelines
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts
Forklift certified or the experience necessary to become certified.
Reliable attendance record and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Able to learn and apply new concepts quickly
You are comfortable using computers and can navigate systems efficiently
Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular and repetitive basis
Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
Steel toed shoes/boots are a must, other PPE provided
Additional duties as needed

You have a keen eye for detail and care about the accuracy of workmanship.
You understand the importance of meeting customer expectations and have high standards for “getting it right the first time”.
You have excellent troubleshooting skills and can recommend corrective actions.
You are an effective communicator and can build effective relationships with others.(employees, leads, supervisors & managers)
You know how to provide feedback in a respectful and constructive manner.
You have strong English language skills both verbal & written.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
You are physically fit, energetic and self-motivated.
You have a “safety first” mindset and understand the importance of upholding safety standards.
You have experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) and manufacturing concepts.
You are legally able to work in the USA.
