6.00am – 2.00pm | 2.00pm – 10.00pm Monday to Friday
£13.22 per hour

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Driver to join our busy team based in Staybridge. This is a temporary ongoing position offering consistent weekday hours, with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate FLT (Counterbalance) – approx. 80% of the shift
Load wagons with pallets of cardboard
Pick up and move pallets of cardboard throughout the warehouse
General stock movement using FLT
Manual handling of stock/pallets for around 20% of the shift
Assist with general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly Requirements:
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (must be in date)
Experience in warehouse/FLT roles
Willingness to
do manual tasks (not just driving)
