To meet the demands of discerning customers who look for the absolute best, training is provided in iconic Cirrus Aircraft SR airplanes. Training follows a structured syllabus with proprietary course material for streamlined training to support the learning process.
This position is based out of Orlando, Florida.
The Vision Jet Flight Training Manager’s primary responsibility is to develop and lead a world-class flight training branch at Cirrus Aircraft’s Delivery center in Knoxville, Tennessee. With an emphasis on quality flight training, world-class customer service, flight safety, and standardization, the Vision Jet Flight Training Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of highly capable flight instructors. The Vision Jet Flight Training Manager will report to the Knoxville Director of Flight Operations and will assist in the development of business plans, annual budget, and revenue forecast and establishing resource requirements.
Flight training managerial experience, along with relevant flight instruction and pilot experience, is required.
Cirrus Vision Instructor Pilots instruct, operate and pioneer the world in aviation training in the industry’s leading personal jet aircraft, the SF50 Vision Jet. The initial cadre of Vision Instructor Pilots will be instrumental in providing pivotal flight training to SF50 Vision Jet customers through type-specific training in an in-depth part 142 course. Our instructors act as the face of the company in several different capacities while delivering the highest quality of flight instruction possible.
Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a professional and experienced flight instructor/educator to develop, manage and lead the Cirrus Flight Training Network in the European Union (EU) and select export markets.
