What you’ll do
We are seeking great people who can:
Set a high standard of consistent in-flight service that includes serving hot and cold meals/beverages and selling onboard products
Handle a wide variety of situations while in continuous contact with the public, both on and off the aircraft
Work independently while still being part of acollaborative teamand without supervision
Ensure the safety and comfort of our customers
Provideleadershipby responding to a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations
Work in climates and locations across the globe and work variable shifts
Meet our high standards of dependability to ensure our flights are on time.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and attendance/performance standards
Adhere to alternative work schedules, including evenings and weekends
Demonstrateyour abilityto adapt to the flight attendant lifestyle
What you’ll do (cont.)
All candidates must be willing to attend up to 6 1/2 weeks of unpaid training in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and, if you graduate from training class, move immediately to any of our base locations including:
BOS (Boston, MA)
CLT (Charlotte, NC)
DCA (Washington, DC)
DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX)
JFK/LGA (New York City, NY)
LAX (Los Angeles, CA)
MIA (Miami, FL)

All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 20 years of age
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Height and weight must allow for the safe operation of the aircraft and may not exceed specific aircraft dimensions (for example, must be able to sit in a jump seat and fasten the harness, move throughout the cabin aisle, and operate emergency exits).
