Position: Flex Truck Driver – Class A – Penske Logistics
Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers
- Average $90,000 annually
- Travel required, up to 100 percent
- Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
What you will do
- Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
- Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- Use scanner to record products as they are unloaded and delivered
Schedule
- Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignments
- Drivers can expect to be away from home 1 to 3 weeks per assignment
- Drivers will travel to the assigned location and work there for the duration of the assignment

- Late‑model, Penske‑maintained trucks

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Current or ability to obtain a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years of DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency (required by federal law 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
- Work the required schedule and specific location as required, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening
- Work in a safety‑sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe conduct; accept responsibility for own and others’ safety
Physical Requirements
- Must meet the physical and mental demands necessary to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, and using hands and arms to reach, lift, and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg); occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
- Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
