Role Description The Fleet Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, route planning, and driver scheduling to ensure on-time, safe deliveries. The Fleet Specialist tracks fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules, and supports dispatch with real-time updates and issue resolution. The role includes maintaining accurate records, supporting inventory and equipment availability related to fleet operations, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to address service requirements. The Fleet Specialist also contributes to process improvements, compliance with company policies, and alignment with overall logistics and supply chain goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with drivers, dispatch, operations, and customers.
- Analytical Skills to monitor fleet performance, interpret operational data, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency with software and basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with flexibility to support extended or irregular hours as needed.
