Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Owner, Owner Operator Driver and Solo Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
Operate your truck you own. Trucks including flatbed, dry van, refrigerated trailer, power only and hotshot.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
Communicate with Dispatchers and anyone involved with the freight effectively. Fleet Owners, Solo Drivers and Owner Operators will have access to their own TMS System. Girl Bawse Worldwide will take care of the Load Board Subscription. Driver must ensure proper securing of loads for safe transport.
Skills
Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
Strong navigation skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS technology effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet tight delivery deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
Strong attention to detail for safety checks and record keeping.

Pay: $7,000.00 – $8,000.00 per week
