As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Fleet Marine Manager to join its team in Limassol—one of the Mediterranean’s leading maritime centres.

The Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of an assigned fleet. You will lead and mentor Marine Superintendents while acting as the key point of contact for marine operations, safety, vetting activities and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support a team of Marine Superintendents
• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant fleet operations
• Oversee ISM, ISPS, ISO and RightShip compliance
• Drive successful RightShip inspections and continuous operational improvement
• Provide technical guidance on marine operations, safety and navigational matters
• Liaise with charterers, owners, authorities, class societies and other external stakeholders
• Promote operational excellence and a strong safety culture across the fleet
Your Profile
• Master Mariner CoC with senior command experience on Bulk Carriers or Container vessels
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marine Superintendent or in a similar shore-based management position
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, ISO standards and RightShip requirements
• Proven success managing RightShip inspections and vetting performance
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
