Role Description
As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations and managing a group of drivers to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage drivers and daily transport operations.
Assign and communicate transport tasks, priorities and operational instructions.
Monitor transport execution and support drivers in resolving operational issues.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with Planning and Customer Service to deliver customer commitments.
Monitor driver performance and promote efficient fleet utilization.
Requirements
Experience in transport, logistics or fleet management.
Good understanding of transport operations and driver management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage.
