Ensuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations and RTA laws. Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits. Maintain track of all Leased/Owned Vehicles/Equipment. Track oil changes, tires, oil filter and air filter changes, and periodic maintenance.
Hands-on experience
in vehicle repair & maintenance, its cost, and thorough knowledge of UAE Garage. Follow up for vehicle and insurance registration/renewal and SALIK/DHARB tags registration/top-ups and time-bound ping of vehicle inspection.
The focal point for accident reporting and accident repair. Update the accident tracker and keep a folder file for each accident report. Receive maintenance request form, record and follow up on vehicle repair until the vehicle is released back to the site. Taking estimates from reliable workshops for repairs/maintenance and for spares separately. Also shall maintain necessary documents for claiming insurance in case of accidents.
Maintain and monitor data of vehicles, mileage, fuel consumption & efficiency, per day trips & routes, and tolls, analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency. Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules. Maintain vehicles (documentation, legalizations, insurance, claims, maintenance, IPOs, tax invoice, fuel, contract management, and cost control). Candidate must be well aware of the ping and renewals process of all category vehicles.
