Location: Seagrove
The Director of Maintenance will oversee and maintain the organization’s fleet of semi-trucks and dry van trailers, as well as other company owned vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Must possess a solid understanding of truck mechanics, maintenance procedures and industry regulations.
Capable of identifying and resolving mechanical issues efficiently, including but not limited to troubleshooting issues, diagnosing faults, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage scheduled maintenance, inspections and repairs according to DOT regulations.
Ability to analyze data and interpret maintenance reports, identify trends, track key performance indicators and make decisions to improve fleet efficiency.
Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with the maintenance team, vendors, operations team and drivers to maintain a positive environment.
Requirements:
Class A CDL Preferred but not required.
Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High School Diploma.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel & Word, plus be capable of utilizing maintenance software programs efficiently.
Experience:
Management: 5 Years
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm with the understanding that meeting the needs of the fleet and the responsibilities of the department may require flexible/extended hours. Nighttime and Weekend On-Call.
Compensation:PAY NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
