Requirements:
Experience:
One year of verifiable OTR
At least six months of verifiable flatbed experience (within the last five years)
Must have hauled steel pipe or flat steel (coils not required)
Driving Record:
Maximum of three moving violations in the last three years
No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last year
No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years
Employment History:
Maximum of five jobs in the last two years
No safety-related terminations from the most recent employer
Drug Screen: Urine test required
Drug & Alcohol Policy:
No failed or refused drug tests—ever.
No SAP drivers.

??Average Weekly Gross Pay: $1,400–$1,600
??Miles: 2,300–2,800 per week
??Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday
??Additional Pay:
Tarp Pay: Flat/Order/$40.00
Breakdown Pay: Flat/Day/$100.00
Layover Pay: Flat/Day/$100.00
Detention Pay: Flat/Hourly/$16.50
Per Diem: Up to $300 per week
6 Paid Holidays: Flat/Day/$100.00
??Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
$1500 first paycheck
$1.500 after 6 months of service
$1.500 after one year of service
??Home Time & Freight:
Home Time: Home every weekend
Freight: 40-50% tarped loads
Routes: Most drivers run within a five-state radius, but OTR drivers earn more.
Schedule: Run Monday-Friday, home Friday night or Saturday morning, and back out Monday.
Commodities: Wallboard, Plywood, Lumber, Steel Pipe, etc. Mix of Preloads and Live loads.

Equipment: 2021+ Cascadia & KW T680 automatics (auto restrictions accepted)
Extras: EZ Pass & Pre-Pass equipped
Orientation: Three-day orientation with travel, lodging, and meals provided
