Local CDL A Flatbed Driver – Home Daily

Minatee Inc., in partnership with Mastermind Global Logistics LLC, is seeking four experienced CDL A Flatbed Drivers for local operations in the Baltimore, MD area. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers who want steady work while being home every night.
Position Overview
As a Local CDL A Flatbed Driver with Minatee Inc., you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight within the Baltimore, MD area. Drivers must have a strong understanding of flatbed operations, including load securement and strapping, to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
– Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently within local routes
– Load, secure, and transport flatbed freight in accordance with DOT regulations
– Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working order
– Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by company policies and federal regulations
– Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
– Provide excellent customer service and represent Minatee Inc. and Mastermind Global Logistics LLC with professionalism
Qualifications
– Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A)
– Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable flatbed driving experience
– Strong understanding of load securement, including use of straps and chains
– Clean driving record with no major violations
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
