Job Description
Execution of surveys for different commodities
Essential Tasks As a Field Inspector / Commodity Surveyor
Execution of vessel/barge draft surveys
Execution of cargo surveys
Superintending Liquid cargoes
Superintending Bulk, Breakbulk, Liquid and Containerized cargoes
Sampling and Sample preparation of Cargoes
Conduct field testing
Perform sample dispatch
Liaison with personnel of CU offices/subcontractor / vessel agents / terminals for execution of orders
Advise PM, office staff, and clients of the progress of the job
Handling and recording of samples
Check and verify documentation received from CU offices/subcontractors for accuracy
Issue field reports and daily updates
Email/fax/mail/courier to client or lab necessary documentation/samples
Non-Essential Tasks As a Field Inspector / Commodity Surveyor
Assist PM or Upper Management in any miscellaneous duties
10% Other task as assigned
