*Job Summary*
As a Solo Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials using a tractor-trailer. This role involves driving routes, drop and hook no touch freight, and ensuring timely deliveries.
*Duties*
– Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods
– No touch freight
– Drive routes efficiently and safely
– Follow transportation regulations and maintain logs
– Communicate with dispatchers and team members
– Perform routine vehicle inspections
*Skills*
– Proficiency in manual transmission vehicles
– Ability to operate tractor-trailers safely
– Knowledge of route driving and truck handling
– Ability to back in a trailer to a loading dock
– Familiarity with roll-off trucks or dump trucks is a plus
