Pay and Miles
- Starting rate of $0.78 CPM
- Average of approximately 5,885 team miles per week
- Average of approximately 2,942 miles per driver per week
- Consistent dedicated-route mileage
- Bonus eligibility after 90 days
Dedicated Route
- Greenwood, IN to Santa Rosa, NM
- Dedicated round-trip opportunity
- Predictable 3/2 rotating schedule
- Scheduled 11:00 a.m. dispatches
Two-Trip Week
- Wednesday and Friday dispatches
- Approximately 4,708 total team miles
- Approximately 2,354 miles per driver
Three-Trip Week
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday dispatches
- Approximately 7,062 total team miles
- Approximately 3,531 miles per driver
Equipment
- 2025 Volvo sleeper tractor
- Approximately 125,000 miles
- Comfortable equipment designed for team operations
Benefits and Bonus Plan

Requirements
- Complete, established CDL-A team
- Valid Class A CDL for both drivers
- Verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Safe driving records
- Ability to operate a rotating two-trip/three-trip schedule
- Both drivers must meet all company and customer qualification requirements
