FedEx Express CDL Class A Driver
ALC Freight is one of the largest FedEx Express service providers with dedicated routes throughout the Northeast. We’re looking for full-time & part-time professional CDL A truck drivers to safely operate a CMV to transport goods to designated locations. Double endorsement a must! 100% no touch freight, drop and hook & Drivers are Home Daily with consistent schedule.

CDL A Drivers who have been OTR, Tractor Trailer Drivers, Team Truck Drivers, CDL A Drivers- and if you have driven for FedEx, UPS, Penske, 10 Roads Express, Walmart, Amazon or any other similar companies that is a plus.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A) with a clean driving record.
Minimum 1 year CDL-A driving experience
Proven experience in truck driving or delivery services, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation skills within the Northeast region.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and customers.
Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities
Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and deliveries as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or issues that may arise during transport.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from FedEx.
Stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
