Role Description:
The Exports Operator will handle day-to-day tasks such as closing BLs, taking bookings, communicating with the port and providing high level customer service. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Grand Canal Dock, Dublin.
Qualifications:
- Documentation is a key responsibility of this role.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are important for interacting with internal teams, customers and partners
- Knowledge of Freight and logistics operations for handling cargo efficiently and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Relevant experience in export, logistics or shipping will be useful
- Applicants should be able to provide examples of when they have shown multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
Atlantic Container Line has operated on the North Atlantic trade route since 1967. While many shipping lines focus on standard containers, ACL is famous for its "ConRo" (Container/Roll-on Roll-off) service, which carries both containers and heavy duty goods on Mafis or RoRo. ACL is a premium niche carrier that known for it's reliability, fast transit times and high level of customer service.
