Job Title: Export Traffic Coordinator – Ocean Import
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA (near Compton)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Status: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Traffic Coordinator to support our growing Ocean Import operations.
Position Summary:
The Ocean Import Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound container shipments, ensuring timely and accurate communication, coordination with service providers, and data entry. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Shipment Coordination
Manage multiple import files and update customers on shipment status daily.
Track and trace inbound FCL shipments using a nationwide tracing system.
Communicate with steamship lines, customs brokers, and CFS facilities.
Provide arrival notifications and shipping documentation to brokers/customers.
Troubleshoot delivery or documentation issues with vendors and internal teams.
Documentation & Compliance
Input accurate shipment data into internal systems.
Prepare arrival notices, billing, and shipment documentation in a timely manner.
Coordinate with brokerage teams for customs release and clearance.
Reconcile import documentation and ensure proper filing for each shipment.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
