1. Prepare an integrated export plan
Develop a strategic plan to expand the export of the company’s products according to the target markets.
Analyze the requirements of international markets in terms of technical specifications and regulatory compliance.
2. Studying and analyzing foreign markets
Conduct regular market research to monitor trends, competitors, and prices.
Identify opportunities and challenges in each target geographic market.
3. Building an international network
Communicate and negotiate with international agents, distributors, and contracting companies.
Attend international exhibitions and conferences related to building materials and decoration. Organized by the company.
4. Preparing technical and commercial offers
Prepare technical files and offers compatible with the needs of each market.
Prepare competitive quotations that consider taxes, shipping, and customs.
5. Follow up on coordination operations
Coordinate with shipping and clearing companies to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Prepare export documents such as certificates of origin, invoices, and bills of landing.
6. Overseeing compliance and international regulations
Ensure products comply with European (CE), African and Asian standards when required.
Follow up on updates of customs policies and environmental regulations in target countries.
7 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Executing export sales targets in coordination with the marketing and sales department.
Submit periodic reports on revenues, issues, and development suggestions.
8.Work with the design and production team.
Communicate external customer requirements to the technical team to ensure alignment with demand.
Propose product improvements based on market feedback.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1.At least 5 years of experience in exporting, preferably in the same field or in the field of construction or exterior facades.
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English (French or another target market language is preferred as an additional language).
3.Extensive knowledge of international markets, especially in Europe, Africa, and the Gulf.
4. Previous experience in dealing with technical specifications and international standards for architectural products.
5.High negotiation skills and leadership personality.
6. Ability to travel internationally.
7. Proficiency in the use of relevant computer programs (Excel – ERP – CRM).
