Role Description
We are seeking an Export Supervisor to join our team in the hygiene industry. This full-time, on-site role is based in Badr City. The Export Supervisor will oversee export operations, coordinate with customers and logistics partners, and manage processes related to shipping and forwarding. The role includes ensuring compliance with export regulations, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and international partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Experience in Export processes, including documentation and compliance
- Skills in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of Ocean freight and Forwarding operations
- Understanding of Import and Export regulations and practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to oversee logistics operations and ensure timely delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and any additional language skills are a plus
