Requirements:
1-3 years of industry experience (air freight, export)
Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written)
Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts
Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry related skills.
Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
Responsibilities:
Verifying all documents are on hand required for AES filing, data entry into Value Plus to prepare/print waybills for exportation.
Follow all security and regulations
To operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, including data & sales/costs entry
Maintain services toward customer satisfaction & excellency through good
communication & coordination with customers/carriers & affiliated business
suppliers/partners
Handle & co-ordinate Air Export/Ocean export shipments internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agents to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
Monitor & handle AE/OE Custom declarations
Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air export & Ocean export
Any other assignments from the management if needed
