Key Responsibilities:

Export Coordination: Manage and oversee the end-to-end export process, including order management, documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including export controls, tariffs, customs laws, and product classification.

Documentation Management: Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.

Logistics Management: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Customer & Vendor Relations: Work closely with international customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address export-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in export operations and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or compliance violations.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve export processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

Market Insights: Stay updated on global trade regulations, tariffs, and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations for expansion into new international markets.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior export staff, providing guidance on complex issues and ensuring high standards of performance.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 

·       3+ years in export sales, preferably in frozen foods, FMCG, or agriculture. 

·       In-depth knowledge of export/import regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, customs procedures). 

·       Proficiency in English. 

·       Experience with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

·       Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills. 

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data. 

·       Detail-oriented with expertise in export documentation. 

·       Flexibility to travel internationally (up to 30%). 

·       Location: 6 October.
