Company: Our firm serves as the international representative for leading manufacturers of commercial food service equipment and supplies. Through our relationships with our manufacturers and the support of our food service professionals, we design, supply and service our product lines, handle all export, import and shipping needs and can provide both warehousing and financing of our products.

Summary/Job Description: Our firm is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Export Sales Coordinator. This person will mainly:

1) Quote & Process Orders

2) Maintain inventory of our warehouse stock levels

3) Work with our warehouse to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled

4) Invoice and provide shipment tracking information to customers

5) Provide all necessary documentation to shipping agents in order to facilitate shipping/exportation of orders

6) Organize and maintain flow of documents through the entirety of the sales process

7) Answer customer service inquiries via phone and email

Qualifications:

– Strong Excel skills/experience required

– Fluency in English/Spanish required. Fluency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.

– B2 English Level Required

– Strong Attention to Detail

– Ability to Multi-Task

– Ability to Work Quickly

– Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.) | Other Computer/Technical Skills are a plus

– Supply Chain and Order Shipping logistics/documentation experience is a plus

– Experience with Food Service Equipment is a plus
