We’re looking for an Export Operations Coordinator to support and manage export shipments while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

About the Role
As an Export Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in managing export processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Monitor shipments and provide clients with updates and proactive communication.
• Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations.
• Support the operations team with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
What You’ll Bring
• 12+ months of experience in freight forwarding or export operations.
• Understanding of export documentation and shipping requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CW1 and MS Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
