Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics/International Business/related field.

Experienced in handling export shipping document (Bill of lading, Invoice, Packing List, COO, HC, etc) and Data Analyst/Data Consolidation.

Proficient in English.

Strong communication skill with customers, government agency, and other stakeholder.

Good Analytical Thinking.

Experienced in shipping and export logistics.

Ability to work with detailed paperwork.

We are currently hiring for two available positions: Data Analyst and Document Management.

Responsibility:

Document Management

Collect all shipping documents for each shipment.

Ensure all documents are in conformity and aligned with customer requirements.

Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to the customer.

Data Analysis

Entry export data consolidation.

Analyze export costs.

Create monthly reports.

Receive invoices from vendors and create payment journals.

Communicate with forwarders and shipping agencies.
