About the Role:
A leading international freight forwarding company is seeking an Export Manager to oversee the Export Department, lead a team of employees, manage all export processes, and drive continuous improvement in performance and service. The role involves daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional and personal management of a team (at least 5 employees).
Planning, executing, and monitoring export processes according to company procedures and international regulations.
Providing professional service to clients, including handling operational issues and malfunctions.
Tracking shipments, analyzing data, and improving operational processes.
Working closely with shipping companies, ports, authorities, and international clients.
Performing operational data entries and managing documentation as needed.
Continuously improving service quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience managing export operations — preference for experience within a shipping company.
Experience managing a team (minimum of 5 employees).
Full computer proficiency, with strong skills in Excel.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
High service orientation, responsibility, operational flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Advantages:

High-level proficiency in English.

תחומי אחריות:
ניהול מקצועי ואישי של צוות עובדים (לפחות 5 עובדים).
תכנון, ביצוע ובקרה של תהליכי יצוא בהתאם לנהלי החברה ולתקנות בינלאומיות.
מתן שירות מקצועי ללקוחות החברה, טיפול בתקלות ובעיות תפעוליות.
מעקב אחר משלוחים, ניתוח נתונים ושיפור תהליכים תפעוליים.
עבודה מול חברות ספנות, נמלים, רשויות ולקוחות בחו”ל.
ביצוע הקלדות תפעוליות וניהול מסמכים לפי הצורך.
שיפור מתמיד של איכות השירות, עמידה ביעדי אספקה וביצועים תפעוליים.
דרישות חובה:
ניסיון של 3–5 שנים לפחות בניהול יצוא – עדיפות לניסיון מחברת ספנות.
ניסיון בניהול צוות עובדים (לפחות 5 עובדים).
שליטה מלאה במחשב, .
יכולת ניהול זמן, סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה.
שירותיות גבוהה, אחריות, גמישות תפעולית ויכולת עבודה תחת לחץ.
