Responsibilities
The Export Manager will be responsible for managing export operations, developing business plans, engaging in international business and trade, and driving sales growth through exports.
· Opening and developing new export opportunities in existing and new markets.
· Communicate with export-related authorities and customers in all relevant territories and countries.
· Negotiate contracts for sales, manage, renew, and review contracts as required to enable effective trading.
· Evaluating and selecting suitable agents to sell and distribute the company products while maintaining proper relations with clients and agents.
· Working with other departments effectively and relevantly to establish and maintain effective export activities and support in sales, purchasing, materials management, production, and overall operating functions.
· Conduct marketing research and compare the position of the company to the competitors in the market and make the necessary recommendations to obtain export opportunities.
· Develop a strategic export budget aligned with organizational goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· 7 – 10 years of hands-on experience in the cosmeceutical export and supply chain field.
· Strong background in freight management, sourcing, logistics, and customs activities end-to-end.
· Excellent knowledge of export contract management.
· Excellent strategic planning & execution of business plan.
· Customer service: anticipate the needs and expectations of customers.
· Excellent communication, advanced presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
· Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
· Excellent user of MS Office & SCM software.
