Role Description
Export Operations & Execution
● Manage end-to-end export shipments via air, ocean (FCL/LCL), and road freight, ensuring on-time delivery to international customers.
●Prepare, review, and audit critical export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, Agriculture Quarantine..
● Track and trace global shipments, proactively identifying and resolving transit delays, port congestions, Shipping Lines & Forwarders Issues.
● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Operations, and Warehouse) to align shipment schedules with customer requirements and production timelines.
Compliance & Regulatory
● Ensure strict adherence to all local and international export laws, trade compliance regulations, and customs requirements.
● Maintain organized and accurate export records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external customs audits.
● Maintain positive results & KPIs Vs the target set for his area.
Vendor Management & Cost Optimization
● Build and manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
● Analyze freight quotes, negotiate spot rates, and monitor carrier performance against established KPIs to ensure cost-effective routing and high service levels.
● Identify bottlenecks in the export process and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce freight costs and improve transit times.
Leadership & Administration
● Maintain and update shipment data, freight costs, and containers tracking within the company’s ERP system.
● Mentor and provide guidance to junior logistics coordinators and administrative staff.
● Generate regular reports on export volume, freight spend, and carrier performance for senior management.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience in Agriculture or Food Industry.
● Industry certifications such as Certified In Logistics, Transportation & Distribution (CLTD), or equivalent.

● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
● High attention to detail and accuracy, especially regarding legal and shipping documentation.
