What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Knowledge of logistics, export operations, or supply chain processes
- Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written communication and reporting skills
- Experience researching export market requirements and government regulations (DAFF, MICOR, Customs, or international trade compliance.
- Experience with BSM, Redmap, or similar logistics systems
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
- Experience supporting reefer or export logistics activities
What will you do?
- Research export market requirements, approvals, permits, and regulatory obligations
- Investigate destination-country import requirements and compliance standards
- Review existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Keep traders informed of unsold orders and available stock
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for consolidation and full-load reefer shipments
- Support documentation activities, including order processing and invoice verification
- Assist with Bill of Lading reviews and shipping documentation checks
- Help organize workflow priorities and support operational efficiency across teams
