Job Summary:
Responsible for compliance, growth of business, development and profitability of department in accordance with annual business plan and Budgets.
Responsibilities:
Direct and control overall operations activities to ensure the achievement of the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
To ensure all export and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately in order to achieve excellent service and create the PSA BDP Experience
Develop, guide and monitor direct subordinate to achieve optimal performance through coaching & counseling, conducting performance management, training and other developmental tools.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Possess min 2 years experiences as Asst. Manager / Manager in freight forwarding and/or logistics business
Min Diploma Degree
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Meticulous and good with details
Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin will be an advantage
